Welcome to HDAC! To become a member of the club you will need to complete either the digital membership form or the printed membership form available from the office.
To complete the digital membership form you will need:
- A Google Account (you will be asked to sign into this account before filling in the form)
- A copy of your dogs’ vaccination certificate
If you are on a mobile device, it is easiest to either take a photo of your dog’s vaccination certificate using the device OR upload a scanned copy of the document to the Google Drive connected to the Google account you are going to use to complete the form prior to completing the form. You will be asked to provide each of your dogs’ vaccination / titre test certificate separately so individual photos or scans of each certificate is recommended.
Payments can be made either at the club or online.
Cash or EFTPOS payments can be taken at the at the desk in front of the office.
