About HDAC

Established in 1998, the Hawkesbury Dog Agility Club (HDAC) is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit organisation based at Hawkesbury Showground in Sydney’s northwest. We are proudly affiliated with Dogs NSW and dedicated to promoting responsible dog ownership through the sport of agility.

Our club offers weekly training classes for members of all experience levels—from complete beginners to seasoned competitors preparing for trials. We welcome dogs of all breeds, sizes and speeds, and our training is grounded in positive reinforcement and reward-based methods.

In addition to training, HDAC hosts Agility trials under the Dogs NSW banner as well as supporting local fundraising events, and taking part in community demonstrations to raise awareness about responsible pet care and the benefits of dog sports.
